EXHIBITORS’ RECEPTION - SETTING UP

Exhibitors are asked to go upon their arrival to the Algeco based to the enter of exhibitors’ parking to settle final formalities to enable them to gain access to their stand (badge, parking...) The exhibitors’ reception is Gate No. 2.03 – Hall 2. Only those exhibitors who have paid attendance fee and additional services IN FULL will be authorised to have access to their stand. There will be absolutely no exception to this requirement.

SETTING UP

Thursday 7th February : Hall open to truck installation : 7.00am – 10.00am

Friday 8th February : Hall open to exhibitors : 8.00am – 10.00pm

Saturday 9th February : Exhibitors setting up stands: 7.00am – 8.00pm (Furniture delivered as from Noon to 8.00am)

OPENING EXHIBITION

Sunday 10th February : Hall open to exhibitors: 8.00am – 8.00pm + JPMS PARTY

Monday 11th February : Hall open to exhibitors: 8.00am – 6.30pm
